Any suggestions on saving this bonsai ficus? Inherited it this weekend along with a half dead lucky bamboo shoot. 😑 I have drained and cleaned him up, watered him up and fed him. Keeping him in shady, humid area until I see new leaves... the nearly dead ones perked up.

You can prune the dead leaves back and the drier stems and it should come back.

You can also chop and prop him, I just water propagated mine with a few cuttings and it was super easy.
