If they are fungus gnats- I have tried almost every method and have found the following to work:
\- mosquito bits granules: make a tea (4 tablespoons per gallon) by putting granules in a net baggie and soak this baggie in Warm water for 30-60 mins (can soak longer). Water all plants every week - every two weeks. Repeat even after seeing adult gnats because their eggs/larvae could still be alive even if the adults are absent.
Put yellow sticky traps in all plants.
It's a long road - took me about 6 weeks to get under control.
You can do it!

^^this. Just wanting to add: replace sticky traps whenever they start getting full or every other week to help monitor.

Not sure what kind of gnats you are dealing with but this is what has worked for me.

Dilute a very small amount of dish soap in a spray bottle and spray the soil all around the plant. It should stop them from hatching/breeding. You can also always replant and works great as well! I hope this helps!!

For the gnats I repotted in new soil. The only way I’ve found so far
