What are the best types of pots? And what about lucky bamboo in water, how do you care for it?

Lucky bamboo in water is super easy. Just make sure you use quality water such as purified water

And for pots honestly as long as they have drainage you should not have a hard time

But what about the pots that drain into another pot? The self watering ones ?

Lucky bamboo, change water every week/2 weeks. Or water when water gets low.

As far as pots. I like clear plastic so I can see my roots, terracotta is really great too, it’s affordable, but you will have to water more often. Like the other poster said, as long as you have drainage holes, you’re good.

It’s mostly about finding a soil and pot combination that fits your lifestyle and the plants watering needs, which can take some time and trial/error.

Just change the water at least once or twice a week. Use filtered/purified water. I prefer to use terra cotta pots because they’re porous and absorb some water, which helps with overwatering to a small extent.
