Can you guys help me identify the pest in the pink circle? I have a leather fern I am nursing back to health. These little guys wiggle around and when I water the plant they all float up for a brief moment they settle back down in the soil. Not sure if it’s friendly or a foe??

If they jump around as well they could just be springtails! Springtails are harmless for the most part and actually break down any composting matter like fallen brown leaves! They shouldn’t be a problem for your plant ^^
