Hi! I’ve had my asparagus fern for around 4 years now, and recently, a few of his leaves have turned yellow and crispy :(

I trimmed the worst parts off, but I’m a bit worried since he’s lived on below my bedroom window for his whole life (part shade since a building blocks the sun most of the day) and I’ve never had this issue before. I’m thinking it could be too much sun, as I was away for a few days and my window was open near him during that time, but since I’ve done that before with no issue, I just wanted to see if people thought that the sun was the problem or if I’m over/under watering him or something. I keep the soil moist and water him one or two times a week.

Have you repotted it during that 4 years? New soil would give it more nutrients ☺️

I have repotted it earlier this year, but maybe I’ll give it some new soil again then! Thanks!

The pot looks kind of big? Did you upsize the pot when you repotted?
