I have a Meyer lemon tree. I got it a few weeks ago. The smaller lemons are turning yellow and falling off. About two leaves are yellow. Can anyone help?

The small black spots on the leaves might indicate thrips on the plant unfortunately 😕  
Otherwise they often lose developing fruits due to drought/irregular watering or not being pollinated properly
