Help. Just a month ago she was happy and growing new leaves like crazy. Today she dropping yellow crispy leaves like crazy.

Oh no!! Crispy leaves are usually an underwatering issue or the spot is too sunny. Have you changed the soil since you got it? Sometimes old soil becomes "hydrophobic" which is a fancy way of saying the soil is too "powdery" and it doesn't absorb water well anymore. You could suspect this condition if when you water the plant, the water just pours out the bottom of the pot. Good soil should let the water kind of "float" on top of it until slowly disappears into the soil. Kind of like "blooming" coffee grounds when you're brewing a pot. Hope you can turn her around! 🤞
