Does anyone know why my Lisa Cane is dying in just one section? Most of the leaves seem great but there’s one section from one of the stalks where all the leaves have been slowly dying. Does anyone know what might cause this and how to fix it?

It’s specific to that individual plant so make sure it’s getting enough water on that side of the plant or it could be the opposite
