Please help, plant fam!! The leaves on my Philo Congo Rojo have slowly started turning yellow and it’s getting worse, but she’s still got consistent new growth. Thoughts??

Must be overwatering. Remove yellow leaves and water once a week.

Yes a little to much water the aerial roots will get moisture out the air. I water once every week and drain the excess water from the drip pan
