I know they sell mosquito bits you just sprinkle on top of your soil, it also helps with fungus gnats :)

Try those things to trap gnats… those sticky traps

Or you could get specific ones for mosquitoes

Make sure you have no water standing in pots or trays in your house. They can’t reproduce without standing water. If you must have standing water anywhere for some reason definitely use mosquito bits or dunks. They are a biological insecticide specifically targeting mosquitos and they don’t harm aquatic species of plants or fish.

Ok. First, I'm so glad I'm not the only one who feels so horrible when I accidentally hit or bump my plant. Mommy is so sorry! It was an accident! 😭 I was looking for some new fly catchers for my chicken coop and I saw these cool indoor gnat/mosquito catcher things. They look cute so you can put them on the counter or shelf and it doesn't look weird. It has somek kind of bait in it (I believe it's just yeast) and then you put some water in it and it catches all the flying things. I've not tried one but it could be an easy fix. Good luck!
