If you are avoiding over/ under watering and still having issues with brown tips, you may want to consider increasing the humidity around the plant! You can try misting but the most effective way would be with putting it near a humidifier or huddled in a group of other plants!

have you fertilised recently? it could be fertiliser burn. if not i would say underwatering
