Does anyone know what theese TINY pretty fast moving bugs are ? They usually hang out in the soil and on the rim of the pot and I can’t seem to find out what they are ? They dom seem to be harming my plant

Hard to see - possibly springtails? Planta has articles on them

Yea there literally microscopic and just crawl but they don’t jump tho
