My hydrangea (I call her Daffodil) has had a rough go of things. I bought her about 4 wks ago. Since then I left her in my car for a day \& she looked like the first pic. I watered her above and below, placed her inside \& her flowers seemed to recover, however I noticed these brown edges on her petals, and later webs with tiny “spiders”. I discovered these were likely spider mites. I sprayed water on her to remove them, but they returned. Today, I’ve repotted her, but I’m wondering how soon should I use neem oil? Also, how should I prune the flowers that are brown/damaged and did I miss anything? She’s my first plant and she’s really my joy so any help is appreciated, especially if you read all of this. :D

Prune the wilting flowers, treat it repeatedly with soapy water or neem oil solution. Move it outdoors if possible ☺️
I saw that Planta released some YouTube clips on Hydrangeas recently. In their spring plant videos.
