Check for pests too!! Diagnosing from a picture is really hard, so you will def need to do some investigation. Have you repotted it since you got it?

Have you treated for pests lately or switched fertilizers?  
Check for mealy bugs and give her a good shower?

I’ll check the roots! I don’t think it’s pests I can’t find any but I planned on repotting
