# Hey y’all, my mango plant Theodore’s leaves are starting to brown and…

Hey y’all, my mango plant Theodore’s leaves are starting to brown and I have seen little growth for the past week, the plant is about 8 inches tall and was transplanted from a soft pot to a hard pot about a week ago. Any tips?

Your pot may be too big. When watered it’s probably draining off your roots and sitting in the bottom of the pot potentially causing root rot. Get a smaller pot that’s about 2 inches larger in diameter than the plant.
