My hens and chicks has some sort of skin disease/fungus. I think it might be from too much sun or overwatering, i tried spritzing a baking soda and water mix bc i heard it might help but its only gotten worse. Any tips?

She’s sunburnt. Bring it to more shade.I’m not sure if the color will recover
