Does anyone know what this guy might be? It’s on my Thai and it’s the only one I’ve seen. I killed it but wanna know if I should take preventative measures.

Omg! The shiver I just felt lol. Thank you so much. I’ve never really dealt with any pests other than fungus gnats so I was a bit paranoid.

It’s not a tick! It’s a little look-alike, a weevil, I believe. Ticks don’t have bodies this long compared to as wide.

Very conflicted on what it is, I haven’t found anymore after inspecting all plants. Is this something I should worry about?
