Does anyone know what this bug is and what process I should go through to make sure none of my other plants have it?

I’m no bug expert but to me that looks like a weird grasshopper.🤷‍♀️

I’m not sure, but I’m so anxious because it was on a plant that was surrounded by 20 other plants and very unsure of what to do if it is a pest.
