That looks like a kitten or puppy pest to me! I have 3 cats and that looks familiar to me! 😜

Ok, then possibly maybe just damaged edges from brushing up against it or a wall or something, or just wear and tare?

Right when the new leaves grow in they are very soft and easily ripped or damaged. That’s what it looks like to me, mine gets spots like that sometimes if it gets bumped when the leaves are young or sometimes the leaves just don’t form quite right
