# Does anybody have any experience with these white patches on money…

Does anybody have any experience with these white patches on money trees? I just got this one recently and I want to know if it’s something I should take action on.  
The roots aren’t growing out of the bottom and it’s definitely not in direct sunlight.

Is your pot too small? Whether or not the roots are growing out of the bottom, it could be becoming root bound. Check the roots further, I’d say.

No, it’s in a decently sized pot right now and there no roots growing out the bottom,  
but thank you

Could be powdery mildew. I had the same issue with my money tree and I ended up throwing it out after continuously removing leaves. Isolate the plant and remove any infected leaves. Spray with fungicidal soap and water or baking soda and water. Hope that helps!
