# I have two rubber trees that I got at the same time. One has grown…

I have two rubber trees that I got at the same time. One has grown well and the second ones growth is slow. I became suspicious that there was an issue outside of the care I was giving it. I examined the plant and I am not sure if these bumps are a pest. I currently treat my plants with Bonide granules. I keep it away from my other plants. Anyone think it’s scale? Or am I imagining things ?

You don’t need to worry about scale insects. It rather looks like scars or natural growth on your plant.
