Definitely spider mites.

It’s aphids and fairly easy to get rid off. Wipe away most of them, shower the plant with a yet of water (carefully so you only dislodge the pests and don’t damage the plant). Use soapy water or a pesticide of your choice and repeat the treatment when necessary.
