So, my dill for my aerogarden has been not so good. I don’t know what is going on, but I think it may be root rot. Do I just keep it in a separate container so it doesn’t spread?

Root rot can foul the water which in turn can affect your other plants in the same system, so it’s best to move it to a separate container. It might also be a good idea to change out the water to make sure it’s fresh
