It might be possible depending on the condition of the roots (if there are still some healthy ones left). It does look like it’s been overwatered, so recovery could take some time and patience. You can definitely try to bring it back if you’re up for the challenge—but there’s also absolutely no shame in starting fresh with a new plant if that feels easier.

I think it has root rot because its pot doesn’t have enough drainage.

I’m not sure if you can save it but maybe chop off the stem (don’t take any roots or the leaf) and put it in water. Hopefully it will be able to slowly grow roots.

Ive actually done this before with 3 cuttings and all 3 worked
