I would use a garden hose and power wash all that soil off to get rid of anything living any it. Then pot into new fresh soil and add the systemic granules for good measure!

They’re harmless centipedes, a sign of good soil actually. Systemics won’t work in this case since they don’t eat plant tissue. Changing soil should be enough.

Those are young millipedes, likely greenhouse millipedes or a close relative. The best way to remove them is to physically shake or pick them out. They are totally harmless. For the future, try to avoid making cool moist areas, and remove any decaying plant matter from your pots
