It could be a few things causing yellowing and dying leaves: insufficient light, too much water, lack of fertilizer, and pests. Sometimes heavy minerals and chalk in the water can affect the plant. Syngoniums typically aren’t sensitive to hard water.

Insufficient Light - Ensure it’s getting at least 6 hours of bright indirect light. You may need a grow light.

Overwatering - The plant has several signs of overwatering. The soil needs to dry between watering. Don’t water using a Planta app schedule. Always check the soil with a wooden skewer to ensure it’s dry before watering.

Pests - There is a yellow sticky trap in one photo. I’m assuming fungus gnats is an issue. Fungus gnat larvae eat roots dying from root rot. They thrive in wet soil. Water with Mosquito Bits or BTi liquid mixed in the water every time to kill the larvae, breaking the lifecycle.

Fertilizer - Fertilize every two weeks with a diluted liquid fertilizer. 🍀🪴

uggghhh I know about how to treat fungus gnats they just wont go away! I do also wait for the soil to be totally dry and by then the plant is drooping anyway so i assume its thirsty if the soil is dry and its droopy.

I do use a grow light for 9 hours on. And i just got new fertilizer it just is kind of a lot to use that with the gnat killing stuff.
I do use just regular tap water if that means anything about minerals ..

Im hoping i will have time to change the soil of my some plants soon to hopefully kill more gnats! Thanks

You have already covered everything I can think of to cover.

I only mentioned had water issues because some plants are sensitive to tap water. But, syngoniums usually don’t have issues with it.

hmmm ok maybe ill switch the soil and work on lighting a little more, a month or two ago i had to move it away from the light because it was to much but maybe now its to little 🤷‍♀️
