Not sure what the egg looking thing is but the marks almost look like a caterpillar tried it and didn’t like it

It doesn’t look like spider mite damage or thrip damage, which eat at the leaves, so I’m really not sure, I’d remove the egg and just shine your phone light under the leaves to see if any pests are hiding. Sorry I can’t give you a proper explanation 🫶

I think the yellow thing is a butterfly or moth egg. Since it’s citrus if you’re in a warm climate it may be swallowtail
