Are you using fertilizer? It might be too much or the usual suspect needs more humidity/less direct sun.

Water a dracenea when the pot is approximately 75% dry. Use filtered distilled or rainwater because they are sensitive to tap water chemicals (this would be my first guess at your problem if you're using tap water). They like higher than average humidity and the combination of dry soil and low humidity can be a problem. Misting is good but a humidifier would be better. Make sure when you water that water flows from the bottom of the pot and you let it drain well and not sit in excess water. Of these or a combination thereof could be your problem.

You can use a scissors and trim off all of the brown.
