maybe too much water? how much sun does yours get?

It’s by a sliding glass door that gets indirect light, not too bright

maybe start with less water then if it’s not better move it a little further away from light

Allow it to dry completely between waterings.

You can also cut away the yellowing/dying leaves so that all the energy is focused on the healthy ones.

It looks like overwatering but you should tip it out of the pot and examine the roots. If there are rotted roots, cut them off and repot perhaps in a smaller pot.
