The dirt in my little pothos's pot seems to be growing mold, is it actually mold and should I be worried???

Doesnt look like mold, maybe a little mineral buildup from water? Just to be sure, switch out soil maybe.

Looks like the mineral buildup to me. I used to have soil looking like that too until I started using filtered water on my plants. It didn't seem to do anything to the plants, I would just occasionally flush out the soil when I watered
