Can anyone tell me what this is? I have three peace lilies and two of them have been looking crispy  
But I keep them all watered

I would say, maybe check the roots, incase there's any root damage. Do you water them with filtered water? They are very sensitive to tap. I dont think you need to buy distilled water though. But you can also get water conditioner, a drop will help get rid of anything harmful chemicals in tap water

You can use the same stuff that aquarium owners use to condition tap water for fish and aquatic plants. It’s a few ml/gallon of tap water.

Mine is doing the same thing. I thought it was a watering issue so I took it out of the self watering pot and placed it on a terra cotta dish under the grow light today. Definitely been using tap water this whole time. Thanks for the tip.

It may not be enough humidity try a humidifier
