Give it more light. The new growth seems to be coming in healthy

They need humidity as well.

Put African violets in a terrerium with stones and African violet potting mix . They love humidity .

I would remove the bad leaves and move into a terrerium

I hope this helps :)

I think I over fertilised it at one point so it started growing all bunched up
