Hello! I have this little palm of mine that has some brown tips on the leaves from a period of being underwatered. Am I okay to cut the brown bits off or should they be left alone? The rest of the plant is back to healthy growth.

Yes you can cut them and tap water may be the cause of the brown ends , try filtered water :)

It may need more humidity.
