I keep getting sun-bleached leaves here and there I’ve try different placements but it bleaches more only thrives in this spot any ideas ?

This could also be caused by over/under watering, or improper drainage. Might help to take a look at the roots too if you haven’t in a while, any dark black or rotten roots will suggest overwatering or improper drainage \& can be pruned if necessary. Another thing to consider is how tightly the soil is packed down. You may need to just loosen it up a bit to help oxygenate those roots. All ideas. Hope this helps!

I just had another thought too, I can’t tell how big the pot is but if it is rootbound or almost I’d size up - especially with spring coming up, lots of room for new happy roots. Just another consideration 😊
