Can I save this? I was really excited about this one 🙈I think this has dried out too much in the frequent heatwaves we have had, the soil has been dry so I've been watering extra but now I have what I think are fungus gnats around the pot. I have ordered some sticky traps and larvae nematodes is there anything I should do in the meantime whilst I wait for delivery?

Guessing the first pic is your string of pearls? If it is, I'd just take the ones hanging over the edge and put those danglers on top of the soil in the pot (make sure some of the nodes touch the soil) to take root and speed up the recovery/fullness. Otherwise your other 2 tactics when they arrive should take care of the rest ☺️

The pot it is in is way too large, especially now that the rest are dead. It probably needs to be in a 3inch pot with well-draining succulent mix.

It's in succulent mix but I've got 4 other succulents in the pot with it

Unless the plants have the same needs and the roots fill the pot minus 1-2 inches, separate and size down. Watering needs are most important in my experience and potting anything but pothos together has always ended in tragedy for me. I recently had to save my string of pearls and I gave it a smaller pot, put all the strings into the pot so they could touch soil, pinned them to the soil with bobby pins, and then spritzed it regularly like it was a propagation until it was obvious roots were forming (pearls plump, strings won't pull up). Then I started watering from the bottom again but more than I was before and she's fine. I swear succulents need much more care than people say. If the soil is bone dry, WATER. Mine is happy as heck and growing rapidly now!
