Does anyone know what this could be on my lemon tree in Southern California…maybe fungus?

The leaves curl when it’s dehydrated

#### Lemon Tree - Fungus? svarte den 2025-04-20

It’s only those leaves that look dehydrated. It gets a small amount of water each day. I sprayed for fungus. Tomorrow I’ll spray with neem oil. The lemon tree itself looks healthy.
