My bonsai tree has thrips, how do I get rid of them??  
They are small, tan, and hid in the soil

Hydrogen peroxide  
Mix 3-4 TBSP of 3% hydrogen peroxide with a cup of water  
Spray the plant  
Wipe the leaves with a soft, damp cloth

and sprinkle some cinnamon on top of the soil

Jacks dead bug, treat it regularly for a few months.
