What have you done recently with it? It may need watering/ overwatering or lack of humidity or not enough lightning. It could be in shock and may just need time to adjust

I think it’s likely a case of shock from the repotting. I noticed the Miracle Grow soil bag in the background, though, and would like to personally caution against using that brand’s soil for this type of plant. Peperomias are epiphytic plants, meaning they naturally grow on trees, so they’re used to not growing in soil. In order for them to grow in soil as a houseplant, they need very well-draining soil suited for epiphytes. I keep mine in Espoma’s Organic Cactus and Succulent mix, and have found that Miracle Grow’s Soil, even their cactus mix, is too peat-heavy and not well-draining enough for this plant, and will suffocate the roots and can quickly lead to root rot, especially if you live in a more hot and humid environment in the warmer seasons. I swear by Espoma if you’d like to try repotting it in something else. To treat the shock, I’d grab some Bonide’s Rooting powder and sprinkle a generous amount over the roots to help the plant recover faster from shock. It’ll help develop new roots too if need be. I would gently wash the old soil off with room temp water, gently pat the roots dry, then sprinkle the powder over the roots, then repot it with fresh cactus mix and water it thoroughly to give the plant new nutrients from the soil and water to work with to speed up the recovery process. It might take some time to recover from shock, but as long as you allow the soil to completely dry out between waterings, and it’s in a well-draining soil mix, it should bounce back within a few weeks to a month. Hope this helps.

(I’ve attached a photo of one of my peperomias for reference. I’ve got about 10 peperomias and those in the Obtusifolia variety like yours di great in cactus mix and with drying out completely or almost completely between waterings. I treat them similarly to succulents, and have also found they enjoy getting a little root-bound and being more snug in their pots, so sticking to a pot that’s no more than 1-2 inches larger in diameter than the width of the root ball is good for this plant too. You’ll know when it needs watering if you stick a toothpick or wooden skewer into the soil and it comes out clean, or when the leaves start to feel more soft and pliable.)
