Hello everyone! I’m in the East Inland Empire and have three potted Birds of Paradise along my awning. They get hit with strong wind and the harsh afternoon sun since my house faces east and there’s no shade later in the day. Besides moving them, does anyone have any suggestions to help protect them? Should I get awning blinds?Thanks in advance!

Too much sun for them. some afternoon shade may be needed to prevent scorching. They also need more frequent watering as they are in the full sun
