this is either a plum or pear tree and has these black things all over it. could be eggs idk. also any ways to keep ladybugs off? i sprayed with been oil and they're still here

I think those could be aphids. Not sure about treatment, I’m sure Planta has some tips in the pest control section.

I agree- I think those are aphids- and the lady bugs eat them!!! Encourage those lady bugs!!! I actually purchase live lady bugs to eat the aphids off my veggie garden plants!!
