Anything thoughts on what may be going on with my Zinnia?

I started it from seed indoors under a grow light— it will likely remain indoors due to my north-facing balcony. I noticed that the light may have been too close to the leaves causing brown edges. I adjusted the light’s height, but I am concerned about the recent drooping and spots (no visible pests).

Maybe too much water and not enough sun. They need full sunlight or a grow light equivalent.
