Not sure what’s happening here. I recently bought this and I see some brown spots on leaves, I don’t think I over watered or underwatered. Following a schedule to water every 8-9days and kept it close to a window.

Water when the soil is bone dry with filtered water.

watering plants on a schedule can be risky since they are constantly changing how much water is used in a day. dracaena should only be watered when the soil is totally dry
