I recently noticed these spots on a leaf of my otherwise healthy monstera. I've also noted a few scattered gnats hovering around the soil. Please advise.

Edit it to add that I also just noticed some holes in this new leaf. See second photo.

Yeah it just looks like someone’s been crunching on em, the young leaf was chomped or pressed on with a fingernail when it was still rolled up
