What do these spots look like on my anthurium Michelle leaves?

Plant was shipped to me 2 weeks ago. I had a new leaf but dropped the leaf from shipping stress and change to humidity, according to seller. Therefore I put it in my humidity tent, where other plants are doing well. These spots are new. I repotted and the roots looked great.
