Could be the water issue or could be lack of proper humidity.

My corn plant gets misted regularly. I use filtered tap water and she has not protested.

If you’re able to get a humidifier. Misting doesn’t to much of anything. And the corner looks a little too dark. She’ll be fine under the grow light.

It could be a water issue. It’s typically overwatering if the tips turns soft. It’s usually under watering if the tips dries crispy.

The grow light is not that bright because the plant looks a bit dark. I recommend lowering that bulb to about 1 foot from the plant. Grow light bulbs and sunlight are different levels of intensity. Expensive bulbs and lights fixtures will light up half the room like it’s noon. The typical single grow light bulb starts losing intensity at about 1 foot.
