It looks SO dry. It should be in a dish of distilled water at all times. RO or rainwater, if you dont have distilled

Okay I usually do but I was out of town for a week do you think it will come back, also it did not eat the flake and fish food I gave it.

What's left might die completely back, but just keep the dish topped off with water and if it's just gone dormant, it should come back

It probably didnt eat because its so dry. I wouldn't try to feed it until you see it producing dew again. And id remove the food, so it doesnt rot or mold
