Hi! Sooo I didn’t get pictures because I panicked but my mom is currently in the icu so I’m trying to take care of her plants for her. I went to clean up her palm and notice afterwards loads of tiny white bugs in the soil so i immediately sprayed with neems oil and put some mosquito bits but in the morning I figure it’d be best to repot and salvage what I can I just don’t know how to tell my mom….

Are you able to capture a picture of the bugs? Some types of insects won’t harm the plants, such as springtails

I will try too again here in a bit I sat and stared at it for a while and didn’t happen to see anymore after last night they appeared whiteish/clear or see through
