All plants that over crowded yo many seeds are risk geting transplant shock and die if repot them. Have to be careful in my experience with planting.

Also signs of root rot expecially.if u leave plant in same soil/pot for years is brown stem snd roots . leaves falling off by self or drooping .  
A smell coming from root of plant. There are things you can do to check your plant has or don't have root rot. Videos and info online I recommend look at.
