This is my foster dracena, I think 😭 he needs some loving. Should I propagate (where I’m pointing in the 3rd photo) and see if I can save him? His other shoot is doing just fine, 4th photo

I would propagate the new shoot and chop the head off of the mother where you are pointing and let it reshoot. Also I’d put it in a smaller pot.
