# So my Monstera Margaret, I just recently got on the 10th of this…

So my Monstera Margaret, I just recently got on the 10th of this month. She was water propagated and then I put her in some soil that I had for the time being but when I still had her in water, she started getting this black spot. On one of her leaves and I don’t know how to fix it. I fear that she might not come back and I have done everything. I know how to fix it. Is there anything else I can try?

Possibly a fungus? I would try spraying some copper fungicide.  
Good luck. Also, don’t overwater. Maybe the roots need to dry out.
